AnnouncementsPlease Welcome Our New Food Pantry Manager – LaMel A. SmithWe are very pleased to announce that LaMel A. Smith has been selected as the new Food Pantry Manager for Prescott-Joseph. LaMel brings a wealth of experience in the food industry and a lot of enthusiasm.
In addition to managing the food pantry activities, LaMel will coordinate the West Oakland Disaster Preparedness Initiative. We are very pleased to have LaMel as part of our team!

“An Intimate Winter Celebration”A Fundraiser to be held… Thursday, December 6, 2007 Senior Lunch and BINGOOnce a month, on the 4th Wednesday, we offer free lunch for West Oakland seniors, and 10 games of Bingo — with small $10 prizes. Ramp for the DisabledOur ramp is finally complete! There were several circumstances that delayed construction of the ramp, which was designed in 2003. The railing on the ramp matches the new front fence. We want to thank the many contributors, especially Dr. Burns’ colleagues at The California Pacific Medical Center, St. Raymond Parish in Dublin, and the Home Depot.
